Rasmussen: Obama Up By 4, 4
By Justin Gardner | Related entries in 2008 Election, Barack, Democrats, Independents, McCain, Polls, RepublicansWith leaners
Obama – 48%
McCain – 44%
Without leaners
Obama – 45%
McCain – 41%
Some significant movement today in both numbers, with McCain getting a net 2 point gain.
Could this be due to the suggested flip flop of Obama on Iraq? Because that’s really the only story that ran over the 4th of July week. And even though Obama hasn’t changed his position, sloppy reporting made this one echo throughout the blogosphere and beyond, so it could have had an effect. Honestly, I don’t see what else could’ve shifted these numbers.
The key now is to see if this race gets tighter.
