Gallup: Obama Leads By 3

Obama also held a slim lead for most of June (averaging three percentage points), although he led by a six to seven point margin for three days at the start of June. The two candidates were tied for a brief period in late June, but the last time McCain held a significant lead over Obama was in early May.

Does anyone know why the numbers have some sort of weekly wobble? It looks like McCain is strongest on Mondays and Obama on Thursdays fairly reliably. Is it just that they play the news cycle in different ways? Some sort of post-Sunday church-related McCain bounce? Does Obama just really hate Mondays?
