He will never learn; this is not the first time Mc Cain has been warned about copyright infringement. Other illegal usage includes works from Bruce Springsteen, John Melloncamp, & the picture of Brittany Spears used in his Celebrity attack ad. IIRC, he also had the gall to accuse Obama of plagiarism a couple months back.

Evidently he intends to keep Mukassy “Sometimes a crime isn’t a crime.” as his AG.

What offends me by this is that this is the man looking to hold the highest office, the one who will uphold copyright law through the Justice Department. The Orphan Works bill is still out there. How is a President disregarding copyright law Presidential?

If we are looking for judgment of character, THIS is a major issue to consider.
