McCain Goes After Hillary Voters With Latest Ad
By Justin Gardner | Related entries in 2008 Election, Barack, Democrats, Hillary, Independents, McCain, Republicans, Veep, VideoAre you a Hillary supporter who’s furious that Obama picked an old white guy for his Veep instead of the former First Lady?
Then this ad is for you…
On one hand it can be seen as a shrewd move aimed at the independent female voter or “security moms” who considered Hillary to be their own person candidate for “change.”
But on the other it begs the question, “Yeah…and?”
It’s not like a Hillary candidacy would have ever been possible in current Republican party. In fact, the reality that Hillary won millions of votes is a testament to how progressive the Democratic party is when it comes to gender. And had Hillary and her team planned better and actually considered that the contest could go on after Super Tuesday, she’d probably be the nominee.
Still, there is one thing that McCain could do with his Veep pick this Friday to secure a sizable enough block of the pro-Hillary crowd, and maybe this ad is a hint at that?
More as it develops…

Now Who will McCain Pick They have shot their self in the foot when it comes to Romney McCain released attack ads on the Biden Pick because Biden said some things negitve toward Obama during the primary.
Romney called McCain dishonest during the Primary, and more. Huckabee came in second during the Primary not Romney., This wont go over well with the Christian Base. Romney and McCain would be the Super Rich ticket. In a middle Class Election. Biden will win working class Votes, Romney will remind the working class he is the guy that lays you off. Biden will be filmed going to church every sunday, Romney will be filmed going to a Mormon church, making the base of the GOP more then Uncomfortable.
So who should McCain pick?? Huckabee would energize the Base. Huckabee is veiwed as Middle class, Winning overwhelming working class voters. Huckabee didnt attack McCain during the primary. Huckabee can hold his own with anyone in debates. Huckabee = 1 house
Huckabee makes the most sense.

I think the Hillary ad is irrelevant and blatantly manipulative. Instead of trying to disrupt the Dem’s convention, McCain should have just let it ride, let Obama get the temporary boost, then build his own momentum. I’m fine with ads that point out the negatives of the competition, but the sole intent of this is to muck things up at the con. Swing and a miss, McCain.
