Pawlenty Reportedly Clearing Schedule

The following report from Politico runs counter to what I just posted about him appearing on Meet The Press…

Tim Pawlenty, who had been in Denver on behalf of the McCain campaign and GOP, has stopped doing media interviews and cleared his schedule. [...]

An RNC aide said they were instructed to suspend Pawlenty’s counter-programming activities. The aide wouldn’t say who gave this instruction or why.

But here’s the thing. The Meet The Press story was posted at around 4:30. This Politico story was posted at 3:00. So TIME may have received their info after Politico.

I’m sure I’ll have more soon.
