Here's my vote for the "Quote of the Copnvention".......

"I, John McCain, have selected Sarah Palin as my Vice Presidential candidate"

It might be....It could be....IT IS!!! Hey, Hey!! HOMERUN!!!!

OK, so that's not the exact quote, nor did it happen in the DNC Convention. It sure did steal the show, though. No one is talking about Obama right now!!

I think Bill has finally learned from the phrase, "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Then beat 'em." Make no mistake--he hasn't had a change of heart. But he is dedicated to helping the Dems win because that will help Hillary out 4 (or 8) years from now. Sticking by his guns would only further damage Hill's chances next time around.

I like that too. Whether he was sincere or not I hope that goes down in history as an all time famous quote.

When Bill Clinton begins to LIVE his (or his speechwriter's) words, THEN we can start to have some respect for Bill Clinton.

I don't know,
Where was this Bill Clinton on the primary campaign trail?
He is such a good politician how is it that he made so many mistakes during his wife's run?
You can argue that his presents in South Carolina alone cost her the election.
In the back of my mind I have this feeling that Bill never wanted Hillery to be POTUS and subtly did everything in his power to stop it.
I don't think he hates her, far from it, I just don't think he really wanted to be first husband.

Bill's speech reminded everyone that he is the greatest president the U.S. has seen since JFK.

I agree. I fell out of love over the last few months, but last night Bill reminded my why we loved in in the first place. I didn't mind him reminding us of the successes of his administration. We needed to hear it. There were many, and we should be proud of him for those successes. The speach also reminded me of his incredible State-of-the-Union address after the Lewinski scandal broke. That was an amazing performance, and last night was, too.
