Regarding #3, it seems pretty nit-picky to me. The important thing is that she sold it, regardless of whether it was on eBay or not. The only false statement you refer to is actually McCain, not Palin, saying that it was for profit. It seems a bit unfair to claim Palin is being deceiving because of what McCain said.
