Apart from his incredible bravery and calmness while 9/11 was happening it's worth recalling his prediction (I've seen the video) that terrorists would crash planes into the WTC one day. The Morgan Stanley employees that survived the atrocity will I'm sure be always grateful for the repeated emergency drills that Rick 'inflicted' on them.
