		<description>Missouri will be competitive but I think a loser for Obama.  Both Rassmussen and CNN have McCain up 5 in their latest (according to RCP) and I&#039;ve not seen Missouri go through particularly wild swings during election cycles.  It&#039;s doable for Obama, I guess, but it would require a pretty big stumble from McCain.

(Yep, born and raised in the St. Louis area.  (What&#039;s that?  Oh, Prep North and St. Ann&#039;s Parish if you need to know.- St. Louis people will get that.)

The anecdotal stuff is interesting, but the political science degree in me screams for data.</description>
