It says "Speaking for himself, Senator Obama outlined the following principles that he calls on Senator McCain to support". There's a difference. McCain has said he would favor a plan to limit CEO salaries for companies that take the bailout, which is similar to Obama's third point. Obama, evidently, considered what was included in the joint statement to be important enough to be said jointly, that he was willing to forgo the more the partisan points. Good for him.
