I am not one to agree that someone in high government needs to relate to me. We need someone who was expertise beyond the norm, expertise to handle situations we average citizens rather not stress about. Was Biden boring? What is boring - having substance? Everybody wants someone to 'fix' something, but no one wants anyone to have an innate understanding of complex issues - because that's 'boring'.
