Right, answering questions "in writing" and delivered by his legal counsel. What a farce. I think they all needed some time to get their stories straight. I would like to see the emails released to see if they contain any incriminating evidence. Normally I wouldn't even be concerned with something like this, but she, Sarah Palin and the McCain campaign have made the bigger deal out of it. I think the fact that they tried to label the investigation as a "smear by the Democrats" and refusing to cooperate with the law speaks volumes to her character or lack there of. I just don't believe for five minutes that she's everything she'd like her state or the country at large to believe she is. Maverick-Schmaverick!!! Maybe Jennn should add that to her series about the similarities between Palin and Cheney, although to be fair Cheney's team haven't responded to theirs. I mean, all they have to do is get their stories straight, and it becomes 'he said'/'she said', which translates to a stalemate in the press.
