Agree on all points, and maybe you were being too easy about the format of the debate and Brokow’s job as mediator. This format was embarrassingly bad!!

After both debaters had their turns and rebuttal, they started the next question off with the person who finished the last, and that was just stupid, as there was no way to confront non factual statements made in the rebuttal.

One thing no one has mentioned was the way McCain rudely referred to Obama as “and that one…” as if he couldn’t even be bothered to say his name. This may become the ‘around the cooler conversation’ and strike people the wrong way as McCain did in the first debate by constantly saying “He just doesn’t understand”.
