		<description>Brooks has been wavering on Bush and that brand of Republicanism for a long time. Even before the 2004 election he seemed a bit undecided. I&#039;m not shocked that he&#039;d write this, although I imagine he&#039;s getting some dirty looks from his conaservative colleagues (and pats on the back as he walks through the offices of the NYT).</description>
