Even Bush is a little more artful in his lying than this; he'd usually change his argument to adapt to the facts and claim his new argument had always been his stance. Palin just claims black is white and up is down, even while being confronted with the truth. Maybe she hopes newspaper readers won't read past the headline "Palin Says Report Shows She's Innocent"? I just don't get it. I honestly can’t think of a politician that lies so blatantly and shamelessly.
