		<description>The real truth is other than what Calvin Dodge alleges.  In fact, Earl Dodge and his separate new party that he had incorporated in Colorado in 2003, filed claims alleging that they were the original party created in 1869. This is what led to the lawsuit by the recipient of the false Dodgeite claims.  Pletten and others were served with the lawsuit caused by the Dodgeites. The original party defended itself, pointing out that the Dodgeites were a new party incorporated in Colorado in 2003.  None of the original party threatened the Dodgeites with litigation.  It was the Dodgeites that caused the litigation.  The court file is a matter of public record, and contradicts Calvin Dodge&#039;s allegations.</description>
