Castro, in fact, had done no such thing (isn't he still deathly ill anyway?), and the target audience apparently didn't buy it. MSNBC also said exit polls showed that one-third of the formerly GOP-solid Cuban-American bloc voted for Obama. Based on states that both channels have called, Obama leads the EV count 175-58. However no states have flipped for either candidate yet.
