That way it will be inexpensive, and will cover preventive care, early diagnosis and treatment, a limited drug schedule, and DME. In any case it will be quite helpful for the struggling wage worker that can't even afford to step into a minor emergency clinic. It has broad base support. It'll be a top priority, and he will get it through. The fact is, the GOP does not have any real basis to oppose it, as they campaigned on a variation on the theme. Oh sure - there will be a lot of sturm and drung over the details, but some version of Health Care will be passed by summer. A high visibility promise kept (even if it does not look exactly like the campaign version) to kick things off right.
