		<description>The problem is that a lot of CEO&#039;s can only be described as &#039;witch doctors&#039; - they belittle good solid down to earth rationality - claim that it amounts to nothing - when in fact it is everything . They promise all sorts of magic and the opportunity , with them , to make a lot of money . They then bring in all sorts of high priced and toxic hocus pocus , wreak a lot of damage and walk off with a lot of money . It is good , however , to see at least one CEO who is the real thing .</description>
