And at least she had the decency to run for election on her merits, rather than getting the Governor to appoint her to a vacant seat that would be near-impossible to remove her from. Of all the potential candidates for Hillary's seat, Caroline Kennedy is the least qualified. As I've noted before, she has less actual political experience than Sarah Palin. And, if she didn't have a Kennedy in her name, she wouldn't even be considered for this post. Which reminds me, for 20-some years, Caroline insisted on being referred to by her married name --- Caroline Kenendy Schlosberg.
