I still wonder why they would even attempt to have that type of structure passed and enforced, knowing the potential ramifications. To me, it's sounds very communistic or marxist with all of the protectionism talk. I doubt the new president will allow that provision to pass through, I think that everyone is just becoming a little too hungry for the money that the government has said it's willing to dole out, and with 80% of the countrys steel already being produced domestically, why does that need to change? Steel is a part of so man y products, that encompass us in our everyday lives, I don't see how they could state claim to wanting 100% of anything.
