Justice delayed = Justice denied? Why not continue the process which has resulted in the release of "the majority of those we kidnapped?" When you put it that way it seems that the system has worked out its kinks and is working now. Why stop it? I'd be pissed if I were a terrorists and I just had my tribunal hearing next week delayed by 120 days. Whatever Obama comes up with better be a huge change, like granting clemency for all the prisoners, or else he just extended the sentence of potentially innocent people.
