		<description>Jack Kemp was wrong about economic policy but he did seem like a very decent man.  Many politicians tend to be opportunists. Kemp appeared to really believe in the conservative policies that he advocated but never turned into an ideological nut case. He often reminded his party about the needs of those left behind and tried reaching out to very non-Republican constituencies like labor unions. May he rest in peace.</description>
