		<description>No, basically it means your insurance drops your butt or denies your claim, you go broke suing your HMO and in the mean time your health goes down the drain because insurance doesn&#039;t cover preventative measures and thus it&#039;s cheaper to buy the farm than it is to make a &quot;living&quot; with crap insurance that claims everything is &quot;pre existing&quot;.  Most people find it easier to claim bankruptcy and become a ward of the state in order to get help.

But again, I welcome anybody&#039;s interpretations if they see it differently.</description>
