		<description>Another overturned decision for Judge Sotomayor today.  Guess you&#039;re not supposed to make race-based decisions--we needed the Supreme Court to tell us this?  

But like the OP said, this nomination isn&#039;t going to change the basic makeup of the court.  While this latest reversal will get some play (and may a bit with some of the new documentation that&#039;s going to be reviewed), it&#039;s going to fall squarely in the category of political theater.  The GOP now just has a little more wiggle room to appear more aggressive during the ritual posturing.</description>

Seriously though, the GOP can&#039;t stop this nomination. They can&#039;t. They have no shot. The best they can do is look serious, fair, and principled during coverage of her inevitable confirmation.

So any serious sniping will be left to armchair qbs like Rush and Newt and opportunists looking to be the rightmost viable 2012 candidate.</description>
