The BBC has been doing PR for Palestinians for years.

I doubt the Palestinians have actually hired a PR Firm. That would take money, and they have trouble paying their own gunman.

Besides this isn’t the kind of thing you need a PR firm to organize. People do it all the time outside of Gaza. Inside of Gaza nobody has a job because the Israelis blew up their economy and won’t let anyone cross the border.

And technically the PR Firm would have been hired by Hamas. The PLO was driven out of Gaza in that nasty little Palestinean Civil War a few years back.

And Jimmy, I’m begining to think you’re a closet liberal. The BBC has been thrown out of several countries for being too pro-western; and you’re accusing them of being biased against a western state?

That works in the echo chamber, but it don’t do too good out in the real world.

I know, but PLO PR sounds better ;)

Plus, according to this un-cited Wikipedia article:

However, before the transfer of power, the Fatah-dominated Palestinian Authority (PA) assembly voted the automatic membership of the PLO to all Palestinian deputies. Hamas deputies are therefore members of the PLO, which has officially recognized Israel.

I still doubt they hired a PR firm, but somebody’s helping them out. The Israelis just evicted 50-odd Palestinians in Eat Jerusalem, and it actually maed the news:
