This one slipped past me a few days ago. What’s more…looks like McCain opens up a 10 point lead on Obama when you account for leaners 52% to 42%.
Last month the margin was only 1 point, with McCain getting 44% and Obama getting 43%.

Just yesterday, Public Policy Polling released a poll that found Obama leading by 11%. Personally, I’m going to trust Quinnipiac’s numbers for the time being.

He splits men and white, working class voters evenly with McCain

Public Policy Polling showed Obama trailing McCain by 8 points (49 to 41) back in March during the Jeremiah Wright controversy, but in roughly 3 months he’s had a nearly 20 point swing?

A Quinnipiac University poll found some disturbing news for Barack Obama. Currently, Obama trails John McCain in Florida and Ohio polls by 4-5 percentage points. By itself, the numbers aren’t too bad. But here’s the kicker. The same poll showed Hillary Clinton leading John McCain in those two swing states by 7 percentage points.

We won’t know how badly she beat Barack until late into the night, but from all indications it’ll be by more than 10% and that bodes well for picking up delegates.

The weather is CRAZY bad tonight in Ohio. Sleet on top of ice on top of more ice. It’s incredibly unsafe right now, and that could really hurt the turnout.

Alter’s problem is not math. It is word comprehension. The problem with his thesis is that he conflates a lead in pledged delegates with “the will of the people”. The pledged delegate total is many things, but the one thing it is not, is the “will of the people”.
