Bayh’s Corporate Connections Could Hurt VP Chances

With the talk of Joe Biden’s VP buzz building, I thought I’d point out one more reason why Biden could get the nod.

The other leading candidate, Evan Bayh, has corporate ties via his wife that may make him unpalatable to the left and an easy target for conflict-of-interest criticisms.

Ed Morrissey points out in the linked article that some corporate connections might actually inoculate Obama against charges of being anti-business.

But I tend to think Bayh’s corporate links will be just one more factor that pushes the ball closer to Biden.
