Yes it does, but only in India for the time being. But how did this all happen? Well, the event that gave birth to WhatsApp for Business in India is something that many people are calling ‘a typical Indian jugaad’.

A healthcare and medicine company based in Gurgaon has been using WhatsApp for a while now in order to take in and manage orders, as well as communicate with their customers. And this is literally what made WhatsApp for Business a thing in India.
