Xiaomi Teases Mi 6 Specs in Expectation of Wednesday’s Big Launch
Teasing the public with just bits and bobs of information in expectation of a big release is always a go-to marketing strategy for many companies. After all, there is no better way to keep customers on their toes and leave them wanting more. Chinese company Xiaomi seems to have caught on to the potential of this tactic, and has been doing just that over the last weeks regarding the upcoming launch of their newest flagship device, the Xiaomi Mi 6 smartphone.
Rumored Specs
According to leaks, teasers and rumors, the new Xiaomi Mi 6 is bound to be a great device. The phone will have a dual rear camera, as well as a whopping 6GB of RAM. And that’s not all. The Mi6 will have a 5.1-inch HD display, and it will come in two different internal storage variants, one with 64GB and one with 128GB. The dual rear camera will sport 12MP quality with 4K video recording support, and the frontcam will have 8MP.
Needless to say, everyone is thrilled and can’t wait for the official Chinese launch of the device. The Xiaomi Mi 6 officially launches this Wednesday, so we will soon now if the rumors are true or not. On top of that, the Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus will also be launched then, so we have double the excitement now. If we were to judge from what we’ve previously seen from Xiaomi, then we think the Mi 6 will truly live up to its reputation.
So, Xiaomi fans and tech fans worldwide, mark your calendars for the 19th of April, 2017 a.k.a. the date when the Xiaomi Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus will be revealed. We think you won’t regret it, because if everything we’ve heard is true, the launch will be spectacular.
