Did SNL Really Advertise On MillionDollarBush.com?
By Justin Gardner | Related entries in Blogging, Kitchen Sink, MediaIn case you haven’t see it yet, somebody has ripped off the original Million Dollar Homepage to bag on Bush. Basically, buy advertising one pixel at a time to cover up Bush’s picture. Each pixel costs $1. Oh, and the site’s tagline? “Cover the lies and advertise.” Jeezus…
But upon visiting the site, what I immediately noticed is that there’s an ad for Saturday Night Live on there. Now, I highly doubt they actually bought it, but I wonder if they know about it. And yes, when you click on it you go straight to the SNL page on the NBC corporate site. What would be even stranger is if they did buy space on this page.
In any event, Check it out for yourself.
