Hillary Adds Pennsylvania Superdelegate
By Justin Gardner | Related entries in Barack, Democrats, Hillary, Pennsylvania, Super Delegates!!!So it’s 8 to 4 post-Pennsylvania in Obama’s favor since he announced an additional superdelegate today.
Hillary Rodham Clinton will pick up the support of another influential superdelegate this morning when Bill George declares his support for the senator from New York.
George, the president of the Pennsylvania AFL-CIO, had been one of six remaining undeclared Pennsylvania superdelegates. [...]With George’s support, Clinton extends her lead over fellow Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama to 16-5 among Pennsylvania superdelegates.
Again, Hillary MUST start beating Obama’s and turn that 2 to 1 pickup ratio completely around. In fact, she’ll need more like a 3 to 1 pickup ratio in order to make up the difference she can’t make up in pledged delegates.
More as it develops…

Unless, superdelegates who announced support for Obama start switching to Clinton. Which is likely to happen if she wins Indiana, closes the gap in NC, and finishes the primary season with more popular votes.
