Donklephant Mentioned On CNN By Rick Sanchez

He apparently referenced this post about his confrontation with Joe the Plumber.

But that’s not the cool part.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s incredibly exciting to be mentioned by such a high profile media outlet, but I’m more excited about how I found out about it.

See, I use this microblogging service called Twitter and a friend of mine on there, Justin Graves, told me about the CNN mention a few hours ago…

But wait, there’s more…

I also found out from a friend who wrote on my Facebook wall…

Folks, this is the power of social media. I wouldn’t have found out about this any other way. But two separate people within a few minutes of one another told me in the online communities I belong to.

Powerful stuff.
