Brian Williams Interviews President Obama

By Justin Gardner | Related entries in Barack, Transparency, Video

For a President to sit down this early and talk about making mistakes is probably a record, but Obama promised to be transparent and this is yet another example of that.

I urge you to watch the whole thing.

My hope is that the Senate Dems can strip as much of that controversial 1% out of the stimulus bill as possible so we can get this thing passed as soon as possible. Because, believe it or not, there are actually some bigger fish to fry. Banks are still hurting and we may see some more fail if we don’t act soon and set up the “bad bank” program that has been hinted at the past week or so.

More as it develops…

    ‘I screwed up’.

Wow. A refreshing comment to be sure.

It is refreshing to know that the phrase “to err is human” applies (Blackberry ringing in the background) even when you’re (Brian Williams) is interviewing the President.
