HTC One X10 Mid-Range Premium Smartphone Comes with New Leaks
Raise your hand if you didn’t see another HTC One ever being launched again. Now, prepare to be surprised, because apparently that’s exactly what’s going to happen. While many people thought the company would take a hiatus from producing any more mid-range One smartphones in order to focus on their new U series devices, rumor has it that the old HTC One family will have another member added to it soon.
We’re talking about the HTC One X10, which will allegedly adopt the same tried and tested design of almost all the smartphones in the One range. Judging by the leaked promotional image, the HTC One X10 looks very similar to the last one in the series (that was launched last year).
Specs & Design
The promo image was leaked by the infamous Evan Blass of Venture Beat on his Twitter account. His Twitter handle is @evleaks, so you can go see it for yourself if you don’t want to take our word for it. The best news here is that, if we were to believe the photo 100%, the phone will benefit from an elegant design coupled with a bigger battery. A big battery is just what HTC needs to pun in their future launch in order to please those that were disappointed by the HTC U Ultra’s small one.
As far as the possible specs of the phone go, we’ve heard that it will have a MediaTek MT6755V/C octo-core processor running on 1.9 GHz and 3GB of RAM. The HTC One X10 will also benefit from 32GB of internal storage and a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP one in the front. And judging by the apparent size of the battery, it will probably exceed 3000 mAh. The phone sounds great on paper, so we can’t wait to know for sure if the rumors are true or not.
