Says Joe Lieberman . . .

. . . which is to say, that the fastest growing group of voters are unaffiliated with either party. That’s a marked statement on the two major parties.

In a video interview with Pajamas Media’s Roger Simon (transcript), Lieberman confessed that he found running as an independent “very empowering and even liberating.”

More of them ought to try it.

Too bad for truly independent voters that our posterboy’s independence only extends so far as his hardcore longtime supporters and strategically opportunistic republicans… I’ve never thought Leiberman was terrible “independent”.. unless of course independence is simply another way of saying that you pick whichever position and/or party will keep you in personal power.

As an indy/centrist I’m one of those voters. After Ohio’s Nov elections,i don’t know if i will continue to vote. I have no representation in Ohio or D.C.,for the most part. I know that all of America’s problems are ,basically, solvable, but not with the horses’ asses currently in office in both parties.
