I saw this picture on Wonkette and was reminded of the many odd things Putin has kissed over the years.

1. A young boy’s stomach.

2. Two dolphins.

3. A gold book of some sort.

4. The former President’s dog.

5. And just after this photo was taken the goat got a nice sloppy one.

Any other memorable kisses you all can think of?

My guess is that we’ll see a giraffe next.

The “gold book of some kind” – wouldn’t happen to be the Bible would it? Considering that it is being held by a Russian Orthodox priest?

I seem to recall a photo of a fairly recent US President kissing his dog.

The whole thing comes under the general heading of “So?”

Good post Justin, it breaks up tensions and I’m glad to see Putin has a mushy side when he’s taking time off from ordering hits on political opponents that is ;)
