Hsu’s On The Run?

By Justin Gardner | Related entries in Law, Money

Apparently he didn’t show up for his court date, and that has lead to speculation (by me) that he’s going to head back to China where he should have gone in the early ’90s if he wanted to avoid jail time.

First from LA Times:

Hsu’s attorney, James Brosnahan, explained that he had lost contact with Hsu and that the financier had failed to deliver his passport as promised.

“Mr. Hsu is not here and we don’t know where he is,” Brosnahan said outside court. “We expected him to be here.”

Brosnahan told Foiles that a legal assistant for his law firm went to Hsu’s New York City condominium last week and spent 90 minutes searching for Hsu’s passport.

And just in case you’re unaware about the importance of Hsu in Dem circles…

Hsu has donated or raised more than $1 million for Democrats and their causes. He served as a “bundler,” rounding up a group of donors and then packaging their checks together. He is a member of Clinton’s “HillRaiser” group, individuals who pledged to raise more than $100,000 for her presidential campaign.

In other news, Ted Kennedy won’t give back Hsu’s cash.

Oh Teddy!!!

The Sleeze-o-meter is rising again! No big surprise that Kenedy and his buddies are all behind it. And it is like the good ole days with the Clintons.

Along the same lines, it was in the news today that John Edwards recieved money illegally from a donor way back in 2004. I can’t figure out why anyone would want him to give that money back now. It’s an entirely different campaign. I feel the same way about this Hsu’s donations. I understand that the man was a criminal, but I think that most people were unaware of that when the money was accepted. A campaign is essentially a non-profit organization (minus the charitable cause), and I don’t think anyone would expect an organization like the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to return money because the donor had a warrant out. I suppose it’s different because this is politics, but I don’t really think it should work that way.

The Hu affair is very serious and leads back to the Clinton adminstrations Red China connections which led back to the government of the People’s Republic of China, through front corporations controlled by the Red Army.

For example, there is the example of William Jefferson Clinton’s deal that saw illegal automatic weapons arrive in California, only to be luckily confiscated bu BATF officials, accidentally as it turns out. The deal was brokered by Clintons DNC aids.

    See: http://www.ak47world.com/clinton.html

The Government of China is presently under trade pressure with the USA due to inferior , sometimes poisonous materials in produce and toys sent to this country. It would like nothing better than to achieve a renewed hegemony with a Clinton administration reborn through Mrs. Clinton. Hu thought he would be save, under the radar.

Therefore China again attempts to fund Mrs. Clinton’s campaign through Hsu, erroneously over estimating the Democrat ability to maintain Hu’s cover.

Thanks to police vigilance, Hu was apprehended as a convicted
felon. However, Democrat judicial appontee, San Mateo Superior Court Judge Robert Foiles, let him walk on bail ( ?) knowing that he would disappear forever. Case closed.
Mr. Hu sleeps with the fishes, done in by Chinese agents with the transportation assitance of DNC agents.

And now our want to be president, Mrs. Clinton can breath easier , having avoided yet another scandal? This power is not the type which would recommend her for president, for our nation would suffer immensely under an adminsitration that has been involved in such activities, in ways that we can’t even possibly imagine.

It would surprise me if Hsu is ever seen again alive.

If there ever was a case that warranted the appontment of a federal special prosecutor, this is it.
