Since he was born of a Muslim father, according to all four schools of Sunni Sharia jurisprudence, as well as that of the Shiite denominations, Barack Obama was, in fact, a Muslim. He was also raised as a Muslim in his early childhood years, and even recited the Shihada at elementary school.
He claims not to have been particularly religious until he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior sometime in his early adulthood. This, also according to every mainstream interpretation of Islamic law, is apostasy from Islam, which is indeed a capitol offense.
Consider how much weight the Democrats put into the idea about formulating a foreign policy based on “why Muslims hate us.” What will the Muslim world think about the “Great Satan” led by its first Muslim-apostate president? That would be even worse than our first Jewish president, wouldn’t it?
Maybe democrats should re-think nominating Obama. It may become another western, “root cause” for terrorism that needs to be appeased.

Good grief!! Paranoia striking again!
Surely the most important question should be -
“How well can he do the job?”

Some asian chick on CNN today made a slip and called him Osama.
It is a shame, because if he had a different name he would actually be able to beat hillary.

The whole thing is stupid. He seems like a good candidate for President. Maybe his experience being a Muslim would actually get us somewhere in the Middle East? Then again maybe his conversion to Christianity wouldn’t. Either way, I think he would be a great Democratic nominee.

If only it had been George “Lite Feather” Custard — we could all just have gotten along. The quote goes directly to the earth-shaking dumb-assness of John Kerry.

I worked for Bob Kerrey and he has been my favorite politician since 1988. I have prayed that he would be elected President ever since then. I am shocked to find that today, with his underhanded smear of Obama, that I will never trust anything he says again. I imagine the Clintons purchased his subtle smear for a high price. Karl Rove could have written the same comments. I feel like a naive child who just found out his hero is the opposite of a hero. Maybe I should seek counseling at a cult awareness group. I hope there is a limit to the number of Robert Hansens in the Democratic Party.
