McCain’s Health Looks Good

A review by the AP of over 1,000 pages of John McCain’s medical records from 2000 – 2008 revealed the candidate is in fine health. He is cancer free and his cardiac health is excellent. By all indications he is more than healthy enough to serve as president despite the fact that he will turn 72 this August.

While I’m sure McCain’s health and age will remain an issue in this campaign, there does not appear to be any direct medical evidence that he’s at an elevated risk for death or serious disease during the next four years.
