Chris Wallace On Palin’s Bridge To Nowhere Support
By Justin Gardner | Related entries in 2008 Election, Bad Decisions, Palin, Republicans, VideoHe also talks pretty directly with campaign manager Rick Davis about her ties to lobbyists and her cozy relationship with pork.
Watch…
Well, looks like Palin won’t be showing up on Fox News Sunday any time soon…
Meanwhile, the Bridge to Nowhere lie is still in her stump speech.
I’m telling you…this weird “maybe they won’t notice” strategy is baffling. You don’t launch a candidate as a “reformer” by putting lies in her daily talking points.
More as it develops…

Davis was really spinning in that one. Wassila was not already getting that type of money before she got there. She was the driving force behind the aquisition of federal funds.
Also, can we stop with the idea that “railing against the establishment” is such a great deal. McCain may have been doing that but he was totally uninterested in doing anything about it. He talks about that grizzly bear project still even though it was very successful and very valuable.

I think a lot of unfair stuff gets spouted about Palin, a fair amount of which are flat out lies. Still, crap like this makes it extremely hard to feel sorry for her. So many demonstrably false things come out of the McCain campaign…. When a Republican candidate is called out on Fox for stuff like this, you know the political machine is devolving.
