Electoral-Vote.com: Obama 357, McCain 181

This is the highest level of support Obama has had at this site since they’ve been tracking back in late June.

A couple notes about this map…

Note that both North Dakota and West Virginia are now either barely or leaning towards Obama. And while I think a place like North Dakota may be vulnerable, I still have a really hard time thinking that it’ll go blue this season.

Still, the trouble is clear for McCain. Montana, Mississippi and Georgia are all now leaning Republican instead of solidly Republican. If Obama has a strong showing tonight and can really convince the voters that he’s the guy to jump start the economy, we may see a massive shift towards the Democrat.
