Mark Warner Wins Virginia

That was easy. The networks have called the Virginia senate seat for Mark Warner. We knew he was ahead but he must have walked all over Gilmore for the call to come right as the polls closed.

I’m pleased at this. Warner is a centrist and he and fellow Virginian Jim Webb should help keep the party away from the fringes.
