Texting and talking on telephones should not be done while driving a motor vehicle. How can you totally concentrate on your driving when you are texting or chatting up someone on the telephone? Answer – you cannot do two things at once !!

i disagree with doing two things, and i think talking is no where as near as texting. the problem with texting is that most people have to look at the phone to do it. i’ve texted while “trying” to drive twice, and what a pain in the ass lol.
