How interesting that the letter is signed by a marketing company. “Cease and Desist” is a demand, often made by attorneys… And since you’re done nothing to conceal the identity of the creator… and since it is readily available on the internet, therefore public domain… I am not sure where the line of copyright license ends or begins.
