Almost, but not quite as bad as Harry Truman or Abraham Lincoln. If this were Britain, Bush would be about as popluar as Winston Churchill was at the end of his career.

The “Bush is Truman 2.0″ argument no longer works for me. Maybe a year or two ago I would’ve considered it. I’m now thinking Bush more resembles Hoover or Pierce.
