Looks like he’ll pull 39% to McCain’s 30%. Huckabee pulled in a relatively strong 3rd at 16% considering the lack of evangelical support in Michigan. Ron Paul is pulling in 4th right now with 6%, with Thompson running a close 5th with 4%.

Somehow you almost knew that his newsletters would catch up with him, but to this extent is shocking. I don’t know how he’s going to explain his way out of all of these quotes. Sure, one or two you could explain away, but dozens upon dozens?

I won’t beat around the bush here…he needs to place 3rd. If he has ANY shot to get the GOP nomination, that’s where he needs to be.
Why? Well, there is no state out there right now that is more tailor-made for Ron Paul’s strict constitutionalist message. None. Not Nevada, not Wyoming, not Idaho, not even [...]

They’re not ignoring his 10%. Good.
