GTA V April Update Will Bring New Racing Mode
Rockstar is constantly releasing new updates for its GTA 5 Online game. Today, we have some good news for the avid gamers that have been playing GTA 1 or GTA 2, as a new update will bring “tiny” racers mode to the game.
Tiny Racers Mode will make your GTA 5 Online racing switch to an “eagle eye view,” the same camera view that was available on the GTA 1 and GTA 2 titles. You will need some pretty impressive skills to survive the tight turns and the big jumps. Let’s not forget the power-ups such as smoke bombs or machine guns, which other players can use in order to mess you up.
We also have to mention that this mode reminds us of Micro Machines game. To make things even better, we have to mention that the next installment of the mentioned game series is called “Micro Machines World Series” and it will be released for Windows PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on June 23, 2017.
The new GTA 5 Online content that will be added by Rockstar on April 25, 2017, comes with other seasonal-themed activities and other vehicles inspired by sci-fi movie Tron. The bad news is that the developer has not mentioned anything about a single player DLC for the game. This will leave many fans disappointed, as the previous version of the game has received many high quality story expansions.
However, Rockstar needs to focus on the Online platform of GTA 5 mostly because this is the reason why the game is still being sold right now. There are many new players who are just purchasing the game to play it with their friends online and most of them don’t even try out the single player version.
We remind you that the GTA 5 was released back in 2013 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, one year later for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and finally in 2015 for Windows PC.
