The Sims 5: News and Rumors about the (Possible) Upcoming Game
The Sims franchise is performing incredibly well and it is one of EA’s biggest accomplishments. The latest game is played by a wide range of gamers because you can play it on PC, but soon it will become available for consoles as well.
The Sims 4 is the latest installment and although it hasn’t been here for a long time, fans already anticipate an upcoming fifth game. Electronic Arts has declared that The Sims 5 will become a reality only if The Sims 4 is profitable enough. Since that will probably be the case, let’s look at some predictions for The Sims 5.
The Sims 5 might bring back open world gaming
Many players have been complaining about The Sims 4 loading screens and how they limited the gaming experience. The previous Sims games allowed you to explore the world, there was more freedom, and you also didn’t have to waste time loading every single location. Since there have been so many unhappy users, it is very likely that EA will bring back open world for The Sims 5.
The Sims 5 release date
The existence of The Sims 5 hasn’t been confirmed so obviously there is no official release date. However, rumor has it that the game will see the light in 2020. This theory also works if you take into account the regular interval between games. There is also a big chance that it can come sooner than expected so we might have The Sims 5 in 2019.
Build structures or facilities again
Another thing that The Sims 4 misses is the ability to build various structures and facilities. The original release missed this feature, but we hope we will see it in The Sims 5.
