		<description>I think they could have the lawsuit and do everything under seal, like they do in other cases where privacy or secrecy are important.  This debate is going on at my place of employment, and there is only 1 person who agrees with Judge Ellis.

There must be a way for an independent reviewer to look into these cases.  Otherwise, there will be no deterrent, or even acknowledgement of the abuses that are most likely occurring.</description>
